Counseling and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
In my late 20s, I faced an existential crisis—overwhelmed by the pain and shame of knowing I was meant for more but unsure how to get there. With help, I discovered my path to an authentic, self-led life. My mission as a therapist is to help others do the same. I believe in our innate ability to heal, rewrite our inner story, and reconnect with a sense of self that feels whole, fulfilled, and deeply connected.
My goal is to guide you toward greater self-awareness, empowerment, and clarity. As a person-centered therapist, I honor you as the expert of your own life experience. With Level 1 training in Internal Family Systems therapy, I help clients build compassionate connections with all parts of themselves.
I also provide ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) for those seeking profound self-exploration. As a KAP therapist since 2021, I’ve witnessed its transformative impact, particularly for individuals unresponsive to other treatments. If you’re curious about KAP or therapy in general, I’d be happy to explore how we can work together on your healing journey.
