Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) offers a holistic approach to healing by addressing the root causes of psychological distress, rather than just managing symptoms.

In my practice, I offer KAP through different methods of ketamine administration—such as sublingual (oral), intravenous (IV), and intramuscular (IM)—so we can find the option that best suits your needs.

I work closely with a medical partner to determine if ketamine is the right fit for you and to design a treatment plan that supports your unique healing process.

Who Can Benefit from Ketamine Therapy?

KAP has shown promise for individuals dealing with:

  • Treatment-resistant depression

  • Anxiety disorders

  • PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder)

  • Substance use struggles

  • Psychospiritual exploration

Who Should Avoid KAP?

KAP may not be appropriate for those with a history of:

  • Schizophrenia

  • Mania

This is because the treatment could potentially interact with these conditions in ways that could be harmful or cause instability.

Ways to Experience Ketamine

Ketamine’s versatility allows for different methods of receiving the medicine, each with its own distinct qualities, adding depth and nuance to your experience.

Here’s a look at the options I offer:

  • Sessions last about 2.5 hours, giving plenty of time for grounding, exploration, and reflection. The effects of sublingual ketamine come on gently and ease back just as smoothly, lasting 60-90 minutes. This method provides a more gradual experience, allowing for deeper connection throughout the session and afterward.

  • In partnership with Arktos Direct Care, these sessions take place in a comfortable medical setting with professional support from medical staff. IV sessions typically last around 2 hours, with effects lasting 45-60 minutes. The direct delivery of ketamine into the bloodstream creates a powerful and immersive experience that can deeply engage your inner process.

  • Administered through injection, IM ketamine works quickly to bring about a profound shift in consciousness. These sessions are 2 hours long, with effects lasting 30-45 minutes. IM KAP is provided in collaboration with Arktos Direct Care, with both medical staff and me offering care and support during your session.

Ketamine opens the door to expanded states of awareness, where insights and shifts can arise naturally.

During each session, I’ll support you to feel grounded, safe, and open to the experience. You’ll have my full presence, and when you return, I’ll be there to help you integrate what emerged. A series of 6-8 sessions is recommended for lasting change.

    Integrate

The psychedelic experience is a gateway, but integration is how we make the changes real.

Within 1-3 days after each session, we’ll meet to reflect on your experience, process any insights, and explore how to bring what you’ve learned into daily life.

This is where true healing takes root.
